The Role:
A market leading manufacturing organisationnow have a very exciting and career enhancing permanent position within their Payroll function.

This multifunctional position will see you directly involved with all things payrollworking to company policies and processes to ensure the successful delivery of an end to end payroll system. You will be using a cloud-based IRIS payroll management and processing system.

Based from the Telford regional HR head office, you will work as part of a team and be an integral member of the division implementing your skills and experience with PAYE, payroll and similar HR related systems. You will be tasked with leading all things payroll for this award winning business.

Candidate Requirements:
We are looking for a strong understanding and experience of end to end payroll processing. Along with good software and systems experience, you will have an in-depth understanding of payroll processing, tax calculations, pensions contributions and other related employee PAYE processes.

Notably, any experience working for a company as their lead payroll manager, payroll administrator or similar would be very advantageous.

Living locally to Telford, you will ideally have payroll software experience alongside strong skills with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office packages.
