An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Tax Manager / Senior Manager with experience in personal tax compliance and advisory services to join a well-established accountancy firm. This role can be full-time or part -time offering excellent benefits, hybrid working options and a competitive salary.

As a Personal Tax Manager / Senior Manager, you will manage a portfolio of personal tax clients, including high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), partnerships, doctors, and directors/shareholders of family-owned businesses.

You will be responsible for:

  • Oversee the clients' tax compliance, ensuring accurate and timely submission of returns and adherence to tax regulations.
  • Provide comprehensive tax advice on a range of issues within the client portfolio, including Inheritance Tax (IHT), trusts, estate tax, and matters relating to non-UK domiciled individuals.
  • Supervise and support a team of Tax Assistants and Seniors, fostering collaboration and ensuring high-quality service delivery across the team.

What we are looking for:

  • Previously worked as a Personal Tax Manager, Tax Manager, Tax Accountant, Tax Senior, Tax Advisor or in a similar role.
  • Experience in personal tax compliance and advisory services, dealing with a range of clients.
  • Background providing tax advice on IHT and trusts.
  • Ideally have experience in estate tax, and non-UK domiciled individuals.
  • CTA qualified preferred, although candidates qualified by experience will also be considered.
