We are currently seeking an 1st Line to provide first-line support and ensure an excellent service level for our employees worldwide.
Day-to-day of the role:- Provide first-line IT support, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining professionalism.
- PC installs / deinstalls & move printers
- Manage and resolve IT issues reported via the ticketing system (Service Now) and other communication methods.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other processes to troubleshoot and diagnose IT problems.
- Manage end-user hardware setup and troubleshooting, including printers, copiers
- Maintain IT areas, ensuring cleanliness and organisation, and manage IT equipment stock levels..
- Troubleshoot AV equipment for presentations, webcams, and conference meetings via Zoom and Teams.
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels including telephone, email, and Microsoft Teams.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with IT support ticketing systems.
