 We are currently seeking an 1st Line  to provide first-line support and ensure an excellent service level for our employees worldwide.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide first-line IT support, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining professionalism.
  • PC installs / deinstalls & move printers
  • Manage and resolve IT issues reported via the ticketing system (Service Now) and other communication methods.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other processes to troubleshoot and diagnose IT problems.
  • Manage end-user hardware setup and troubleshooting, including printers, copiers
  • Maintain IT areas, ensuring cleanliness and organisation, and manage IT equipment stock levels..
  • Troubleshoot AV equipment for presentations, webcams, and conference meetings via Zoom and Teams.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels including telephone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Passion for IT and technology.
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with IT support ticketing systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering successful outcomes.
