Whether in the ground, in concrete or embedded in steel structures, made of steel or innovative composite materials, their products ensure the efficiency, integrity and safety of construction projects worldwide.

Responsibilities:

An After Sales Services Spare Parts Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive the necessary spare parts and support after purchasing a product.

Here are some key aspects of the role:

Inventory Management

• Monitor our internal stock of spare parts & tools based in depot

• Monitor our external stock of spare parts & tools based in EU

• Handle shipments from Newport Depot to customers (packing & shipping)

• Monthly check / reconciliation of the inventories / stock adjustment if required in AX

• Generate reports on spare parts usage, inventory levels, and customer feedback.

• Analyze data and make recommendations for improving parts management or stock policy adjustments

Orders processing

• Order registration in ERP system - AX

• Order acknowledgement issuance to customers with delivery schedule

• Issue invoice and packing list for goods supplied from internal stock or local suppliers

Suppliers’ coordination

• Place PO to maintain internal and external stocks as per define stock policy

• Track and manage the delivery to ensure timely arrival

• Handle reconciliation when required

• Register invoice from external suppliers upon delivery / reception of the goods

• Negotiate terms and conditions for new suppliers

• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to delivery or quality.

Customer support

• Assist customers with inquiries about spare parts availability, pricing and compatibility

• Provide technical support & guidance regarding spare parts and their usage / Lifetime

• Handle returns and exchanges of defective or incorrect performance

Collaboration

• Work closely with the after-sales service team to ensure they have the necessary parts to

complete repairs.

• Coordinate with other departments, such as Group Sales Coordination and Supply Chain as well

as finance,

• to support overall business operations

• Take incoming calls and monitor incoming mails landing at the depot

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field / Diploma in Logistics.

• At least 5 years’ experience in Engineering related working environment

• Very good command of spoken and written

• ITS skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Other technical skills: ERP software - Microsoft AX - Windows Pack Office

• Good leadership & people management skills
