We're seeking a Delivery Manager to lead an Agile service squad through the delivery of innovative products and services. If you're passionate about Agile methodologies and have experience leading cross-functional teams, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and deliver projects using SCRUM, Kanban, and DevOps practices.
  • Manage a multi-disciplinary team, including Engineers, Product Managers, Analysts, and more.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery, ensuring high-quality solutions at pace.
  • Communicate effectively across stakeholders, from technical to non-technical teams.
  • Empower teams to grow their skills and drive value for users.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience leading Agile teams (SCRUM, Kanban).
  • Background in DevOps and automated delivery (e.g., pipelines, testing).
  • Strong stakeholder management, navigating both technical and political challenges.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project Tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Project Online).
  • A relevant Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager qualification.
