What You'll Do:
- Lead and deliver projects using SCRUM, Kanban, and DevOps practices.
- Manage a multi-disciplinary team, including Engineers, Product Managers, Analysts, and more.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery, ensuring high-quality solutions at pace.
- Communicate effectively across stakeholders, from technical to non-technical teams.
- Empower teams to grow their skills and drive value for users.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience leading Agile teams (SCRUM, Kanban).
- Background in DevOps and automated delivery (e.g., pipelines, testing).
- Strong stakeholder management, navigating both technical and political challenges.
- Experience with Microsoft Project Tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Project Online).
- A relevant Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager qualification.
