JWR is recruiting for a Golf Membership Manager to join a prestigious resort renowned for its world-class facilities and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the golf leisure & corporate membership base across two courses, ensuring excellent member retention and satisfaction.
  • Support with developing innovative ideas and promotions to attract new members.
  • Coordinate membership events and tournaments to enhance member engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless service across the resort.
  • Maintain accurate membership records and provide timely reports to management.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in golf club management or a similar leisure membership-based role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with members and colleagues.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for golf and a thorough understanding of the industry.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
