JWR is recruiting for a Golf Membership Manager to join a prestigious resort renowned for its world-class facilities and outstanding service.
Package
- Salary up to £30k+ commission. (OTE £35-£40k)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the golf leisure & corporate membership base across two courses, ensuring excellent member retention and satisfaction.
- Support with developing innovative ideas and promotions to attract new members.
- Coordinate membership events and tournaments to enhance member engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless service across the resort.
- Maintain accurate membership records and provide timely reports to management.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in golf club management or a similar leisure membership-based role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with members and colleagues.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for golf and a thorough understanding of the industry.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
