Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a NPD Manager to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients who are a leading International manufactuer distributing to Restaurants, catering and more Supermakets

Principle Responsibilities for the NPD Manager :-

Following concept to Launch
All decisions related to the recipes and new product development
Collaborate with the Commercial, Marketing, and Senior Leadership Team to propose, develop, and design the company's innovation calendar.
Adapt to urgent product delivery needs while maintaining quality, sustainability, and commercial viability.

Person specification:-

Able to see the bigger picture and align product development with the company's overall goals and market trends.
Understands customer needs and preferences to ensure new products are relevant, desirable, and meet market demand
Efficiently manages budgets, timelines, and resources to maximize return on investment.
Be creative and open minded! Think outside of the box
Have good expiernece within the food and beverage industry, ideally 5 years+

This is a full time permanent NPD Manager position, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm , offering an annual salary of 30k-40k plus annual company benefits to include a 28 days holiday Incl bank holidays, pension scheme, working with senior stakeholders and progression
