Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to take on a challenging role within the planned works sector? Our organisation is seeking two dynamic Planned Project Surveyors to join a Housing Association in South Wales. You will play a key role in managing large-scale projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. If you have a strong background in CDM regulations, health and safety, and programme management, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

This role has become available due to significant growth in their delivery program and the need to increase capacity. They are managing a 32 million portfolio of planned works that must be completed by 1st April. Last year, our projects totalled 20 million, highlighting the rapid expansion and the exciting challenges ahead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of subcontractors on-site.
  • Contribute to the procurement stage and ensure effective delivery of projects.
  • Lead projects related to ORP, regeneration work, and whole-house retrofits
  • Manage comprehensive programmes including re-roofing, external wall insulation (EWI), and window and door replacements.
  • Ensure strict adherence to CDM regulations and health and safety standards.

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Extensive knowledge of CDM regulations and health and safety protocols.
  • Proven experience in programme management and delivery of large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
