What You will Do:

  • Lead Property Viewings: Conduct professional and engaging viewings for both lettings and sales, ensuring a secure and informed experience for all parties.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Be the go-to person for vendors, applicants, landlords, and tenants—whether in person, on the phone, or via email.
  • Drive Sales Success: Negotiate offers and contract terms, always keeping the best interests of clients in mind.
  • Property Management: Oversee the marketing, management, and letting of properties, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Creative Marketing: Get hands-on with property promotions through social media, leaflet drops, and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Organise and Oversee: Manage team diaries, property listings, and customer records with precision and care.

Key Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in lettings or sales in an estate agency setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer focus.
  • Confident in using CRM systems and managing property details.
  • A can-do attitude with a passion for delivering results.
  • Full UK driving license.
