Having doubled their turnover year on year in the last couple of years, this is a great time to join the business as they continue to expand. They are seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Manager to join their team and help them maintain and achieve their safety goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse existing health and safety protocols and suggest improvements
- Implement efficiencies across the site to enhance safety measures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits
- Provide training and support to staff on health and safety practices
- Analysis of near miss procedures and implementation improvements to site H&S measures.
Qualifications:
- IOSH and NEBOSH qualifications are essential
- Proven experience as a Health & Safety Manager in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of improving health and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
