Key Responsibilities
Support classroom instruction and assist the teacher in delivering high-quality lessons.
Work with individual students or small groups to provide tailored support and intervention.
Assist in the preparation and organization of teaching materials and resources.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
Supervise students during non-classroom activities such as lunch, recess, and school trips.
Support students with special educational needs (SEN) or additional learning requirements.
Contribute to the maintenance of a well-organized and efficient classroom.
