Teaching Assistant - Responsibilities

Create an encouraging and engaging environment where pupils learn, develop and flourish.
Listen and observe pupils needs by tailoring tasks according to teacher instructions.
Upholding and adhering school policies and procedures related to child protection, heath and behaviour.

Teaching Assistant- Required skills and qualifications

Extensive experience working with 11 - 16 year olds OR limited experience but desire for a career in education.
Ability to get stuck in, be supportive and build relationships with pupils.
No criminal convictions - Will need a valid DBS (produced through us if you're without one).
Be registered with the Educational Workforce Council (also can be procured by us).

Teaching Assistant - Desirable Skills

Full driving license and a car.
Living in Newport.
Understanding of the national curriculum.
