Teaching Assistant - Responsibilities

  • Create an encouraging and engaging environment where pupils learn, develop and flourish.
  • Listen and observe pupils needs by tailoring tasks according to teacher instructions.
  • Upholding and adhering school policies and procedures related to child protection, heath and behaviour.

Teaching Assistant- Required skills and qualifications

  • Extensive experience working with 11 - 16 year olds OR limited experience but desire for a career in education.
  • Ability to get stuck in, be supportive and build relationships with pupils.
  • No criminal convictions - Will need a valid DBS (produced through us if you're without one).
  • Be registered with the Educational Workforce Council (also can be procured by us).

Teaching Assistant - Desirable Skills
