We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to support young learners and contribute to their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
  • Providing individual and small group support to students
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

  • Contributing to the planning and preparation of lessons

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fluent Welsh speaker
  • Relevant teaching assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3)
  • Experience working with children in a school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • A commitment to safeguarding and child protection

Desirable Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience working with pupils with additional learning needs
  • Knowledge of the Welsh curriculum
  • Full UK Driving Licence
