Newport/ Celtic SpringsHybrid once fully trained£13.13 per hour08:30-16:30 Monday to FridayWe are looking for an experienced Training Administrator to provide full range of support services to the Technical Training Manager, L&D Manager and People & Engagement Director, ensuring a professional image of the organisation is always maintained.Duties will include:
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Training Team, including uploading training records, generating reports, and administering courses
  • Monitor and manage the operational training budget, tracking daily and monthly income and expenditure
  • Maintain training systems for efficient data retrieval
  • Process training requests and manage workload, prioritizing tasks based on incoming demands
  • Coordinate departmental meetings, manage diaries, book venues, prepare agendas and materials, and facilitate attendee arrangements, both on and off-site
  • Represent the department professionally, liaising with internal and external Customers
The successful candidate must have:
  • Experience in SAP (preferable)
  • IT Skills and knowledge of key systems including Microsoft
  • Strong organizations, prioritisation and administrative skills
  • Must be able to generate routine management information in reply to enquires, both for self and on behalf of other staff
