- Provide administrative support to the Operations Training Team, including uploading training records, generating reports, and administering courses
- Monitor and manage the operational training budget, tracking daily and monthly income and expenditure
- Maintain training systems for efficient data retrieval
- Process training requests and manage workload, prioritizing tasks based on incoming demands
- Coordinate departmental meetings, manage diaries, book venues, prepare agendas and materials, and facilitate attendee arrangements, both on and off-site
- Represent the department professionally, liaising with internal and external Customers
- Experience in SAP (preferable)
- IT Skills and knowledge of key systems including Microsoft
- Strong organizations, prioritisation and administrative skills
- Must be able to generate routine management information in reply to enquires, both for self and on behalf of other staff
