The Opportunity: Recruitment Coordinator (Resourcing & Compliance)

We are thrilled to announce that applications are now open for a Recruitment Coordinator based in our growing Wales Office. You will be joining our team as a Recruitment Coordinator on a fixed term contract within our Schools division, alongside our team of experienced consultants. You are responsible for delivering recruitment and onboarding of educators, supporting a variety of schools across Wales. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding students, educators and schools and maintaining our reputation for excellence in education recruitment.

 

Hybrid set up: 4 days in office, 1 day work from home option.

Salary: £24,000-£26,850 based on experience (Pro rata)

Fixed Term Contract - October 2024-July 2025

 

Your Duties: Enriching Education, Empowering Educators

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Apsco+ regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Identify potential compliance risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

Candidate Management:

  • Provide guidance and compliance support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Consultants in your team to understand specific needs for your region’s supply and long-term vacancies.
  • Conduct training sessions for recruitment staff on compliance requirements and best practices.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with the coordination of interviews, placements, and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of candidate information and compliance with relevant regulations.

Talent Sourcing:

  • Utilise various platforms to identify and attract expectational educators, including teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our partner schools.
