Job Title: HR Advisor (Part time) Location: Blackwood Salary: £30,000 (Pro rata)

Hours:Part time, ideally 4 days a week ranging between 20-24 hours. There is flexibility on the hours

Here at The Recruitment Co, we are currently recruiting a Part time HR Advisor to work for a company based in Blackwood on a full time, permanent contract.Your job will be to develop, co-ordinate, execute and manage the HR requirements of the business including the creation of aligned and compliant policies and procedures. To drive continuous improvement throughout each processmeasured by specific KPI's. Duties will involve managing activities such as job role definition design input, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training &; development, and talent management.Help drive business performance through best practices approach.Main job roles:

  • Managing the recruitment and selection process. Resources identified through the requirements of the current and future business strategy.
  • Overseeing and managing the performance appraisalsystem that drives high performance
  • Align business Policies and procedures with currentlegislation
  • Assessing training needs to apply and monitor trainingprograms
  • Employee Relations issues, including performancemanagement; sickness &; absence; disciplinary & grievanceprocedures.
  • Maintain HR Policies and procedures to meet latestlegislation accurately (Compliant). Documents are producedthat align to requirements so they can be usedeffectively by staff. Set out to achieve - best in class HRsystem.
  • Conduct induction process to completion ensuring linemanagers undertake their part effectively and a smooth andprofessional introduction of new staff into the company isachieved by following the procedure systematically.
