We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee relations to provide crucial support to a high-functioning and established HR team.This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000, along with the benefit of hybrid and flexible working arrangements. In this Torfaen based role, you’ll work full-time hours from Monday to Thursday, with a half-day on Friday. Joining an established and supportive team, this interim contract runs until March 2025. This role is ideal for an HR professional looking for an interim opportunity to showcase their expertise in a supportive and flexible working environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and administering employee relations processes, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and sickness review meetings.
  • Providing HR guidance and support during a busy change period.
  • Delivering high-quality administrative and advisory support within tight deadlines.
  • Collaborating with an experienced HR team to ensure operational efficiency.
As the HR Advisor, you will be highly organised HR professional with proven experience in employee relations, including managing disciplinaries, grievances, and absence and sickness review meetings. With the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, you bring strong interpersonal skills and a solution-focused approach.
