We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor / Senior HR Advisor to join a busy on-site HR team on the Isle of Wight.You will be supporting the Head of HR with a range of employer relations case work and HR generalist advisory. Key Duties

  • Leading employee relations cases include grievances, disciplinary, performance, dismissal, sickness,
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures,
  • Provide professional HR support to the managers and employees, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Deliver timely and responsive HR services, particularly in employee relations and resourcing.

Candidates

  • We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor with a full background of HR generalist and employer relations case work.
  • CIPD Level 7 / CIPD Level 5 ideally
  • Experience in HR policy development, employee relations, and staff development, or have equivalent recognised HR generalist experience
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to promoting equality, diversity, and safeguarding.
