- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans and strategies.
- Ensure the company's IT infrastructure and systems are prepared to handle potential disruptions.
- Lead the business continuity and disaster recovery processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure disaster recovery plans are integrated and effective.
- Manage and coordinate disaster recovery testing and drills to ensure readiness.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in disaster recovery and business continuity.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in business continuity and disaster recovery processes.
- Proven expertise in disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Experience working with ISO22301 standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
