Role: Identity & Access Management (IAM) SpecialistLocation: Hybrid (South Wales office)Salary: £50,000 p/annum (potentially more DOE)Must be SC Cleared or SC Clearable!CPS Group is delighted to be working with a client who is looking to appoint an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join their Cyber Team on a permanent basis.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly collaborative environment where you will play a key role in strengthening cyber security, resilience, safeguarding systems, and improving access control practices across the business. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing secure IAM solutions while working closely with IT, HR, and security teams.Key Responsibilities:* Design, implement, and manage secure IAM solutions across the business.* Oversee identity lifecycle processes including joiners, movers, and leavers.* Collaborate with IT and HR to automate identity provisioning and de-provisioning.* Deploy and manage SSO, MFA, and PAM tools to enhance access security.* Conduct access reviews and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.* Support IAM-related incident response and security audits.* Continuously improve IAM processes and integrate with wider IT systems.Essential:* Significant experience in an IAM-focused role, ideally within a Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) or highly regulated environment.* Strong knowledge of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices.* Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance standards.* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.If interested, please send you're CV to and I'll try my best to set up a call.
