You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing secure IAM solutions while working closely with IT, HR, and security teams.Key Responsibilities:* Design, implement, and manage secure IAM solutions across the business.* Oversee identity lifecycle processes including joiners, movers, and leavers.* Collaborate with IT and HR to automate identity provisioning and de-provisioning.* Deploy and manage SSO, MFA, and PAM tools to enhance access security.* Conduct access reviews and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.* Support IAM-related incident response and security audits.* Continuously improve IAM processes and integrate with wider IT systems.Essential:* Significant experience in an IAM-focused role, ideally within a Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) or highly regulated environment.* Strong knowledge of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices.* Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance standards.* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.If interested, please send you're CV to and I'll try my best to set up a call.
