DutiesTaking ownership of 1st line support issues, ensuring complete customer satisfaction and maintaining IT documentation.Troubleshoot and diagnose IT problems reported via the ticketing systemManage end-user hardware setup and troubleshooting, including printers, copiersMaintain stock levels of IT equipment and support Office 365 applications like Email/OneDrive and Windows 10/11.Provide mobile phone support, including Intune installation for iPhone and Samsung devices.Troubleshoot AV equipment for presentations, webcams, and conference meetings via Zoom/Teams.Required SkillsExcellent interpersonal & communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with IT support ticketing systemsExperience with network troubleshooting and managing end-user hardware.Â
