Job Title: Senior Private Client Solicitor
Salary: Up to 75K DOE and PQE
Location: Newport, hybrid. Predominantly home working.
Hours: Full time.

Overview
A highly Ranked leading Legal 500 Firm is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their reputable, busy, friendly team. This firm gives you the flexibility you need and allows you to work from home. As long as you have a high standard of client care and attend to clients needs, they understand that we don't always need to be present in the office.

Responsibilities:
* Develop tailored succession planning strategies for families and businesses.
* Provide legal expertise in estate succession planning, including wills and trusts.
* Guiding clients through the succession planning process, address complex legal aspects related to succession, such as tax implications.
* Assist clients in preserving assets. Draft and maintain trust documents. Provide ongoing support and advice to trustees and beneficiaries regarding Trust management. Disputes over the interpretation of a will
* Process Probate Registry applications for deceased estates.
* Manage intestacy cases.
* Provide guidance on inheritance tax matters. Address queries from HMRC and identify applicable taxes. Advise business owners regarding estate matters following a death.
* Draft and manage Deeds of Variation and Deeds of Renunciation.
* Handle will trusts and associated legal documentation.
* Resolve disputes over will interpretations, executor actions, or estate valuations.

Required experience:
* Qualified solicitor or equivalent. 5+ PQE
* Experience dealing with, Estate Planning, Trusts, succession planning, probate etc
