The Role:

Client Meetings: Assess clients' individual needs and provide tailored financial and mortgage solutions.
Insurance Sales: Promote associated insurance products from Legal & General.
Target-Driven: Exceed sales targets and work closely with the estate agency team to maximise business opportunities.
Compliance: Ensure all documentation meets FCA guidelines.
Coaching & Mentoring: Provide guidance to colleagues to maintain high referral rates.

The Ideal Candidate:

CeMAP 1 Qualified: Minimum qualification required, or Competency Advisor Status (CAS).
Relationship Builder: Excellent at building and maintaining relationships with customers.
Hardworking & Positive: A great work ethic and the ability to handle challenges while turning ordinary experiences into extraordinary ones.
Smart and Articulate: Well-presented and clear in communication.
Full Driving Licence Required.
