Responsibilities & day to day dutiesAs a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for:

Manage transport logistics software to optimise routes and fleet efficiency.
Lead and manage a team of logistics coordinators, drivers, and warehouse staff.
Knowledge of ensure adherence to health & safety regulations and company policies.
Oversee stock management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in storage and distribution.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and industry standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal departments.

Skills & experience required.

Transport Logistics Software (e.g., SAP, Oracle TMS, Freight Management Systems).
Route planning and fleet optimisation, warehouse and inventory management.
Knowledge of supply chain and distribution processes.
Understanding of transportation regulations and compliance.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
