Are you a Maintenance Engineer with Electrical or Mechanical Skills? Do you have experience from heavy industrial backgrounds, FMCG, Water or Utilities, Steel industry, Ex Forces or similar looking for a maintenance role?

The position will include planned and reactive maintenance plus fault diagnosis in a fast paced environment, you will work as part of a team and work on a range of high spec automated machinery for consumer goods,

We are looking to receive applications from both Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Engineers which are happy to work 4on 4off shift pattern and live in a commutabel location to Newport / Caldicot.



The Role

  • Full time permanent, shift based position with a large muli billion tunover FMCG Manufacturer.
  • Fault diagnosis, planned and reactive maintenance on Mechanical & automated machinery.
  • Input into continuous improvement of the plant


The Person

  • Qualification (NVQ 3 / C&G level 3 ) or Apprentice trained Mechanical / Electrical Engineer
  • Working experience in a maintenance engineer position, including fault diagnosis
  • Any experience with PLC's benificial
  • Willing to work shifts/nights (2days -2nighs 4 off) with a UK driving licence.
