Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Manage and supervise site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Implement health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Prepare reports on project status, including progress updates and resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed.
- Ensure effective time management across all aspects of the project.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently under pressure.
