Operations Supervisor - Newport - South Wales

£50,000 - £55,000 + 5% Bonus

Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm

Our client is a world leading producer that is dedicated to producing products that's quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong order book and due to growth into various export markets they are looking for a Operations Supervisor to join their close knit team. With sites across the world they provide genuine opportunities for progression.

Role & Responsibilities:Reporting into the Plant Manager, supporting them on all daily management and activities on site

Focusing on the plant production activities, planned maintenance and production, administration. Providing leadership on quality & EHS management policies and procedures.

Oversee and assist in the safety management, budget control, resource planning

Identifying and execute productivity plans and programs

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:Degree in Engineering or qualifications through experience in an operations environment

Strong working knowledge of safety regulations and operations practices

Strong knowledge of management and supervisory skills, planning and delegating workloads Benefits Package:£50,000 - £55,000 + 5% Bonus
