Salary: 48,000 - 75,000 DOE & PQE

OVERVIEW
Due to increased workload, a highly ranked Legal 500 firm is looking for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor. The firm is open to someone who has recently qualified or has a wealth of experience in this field, they may look to take on two (one junior, one senior).

This firm gives you the flexibility you need and allows you to work from home. As long as you have a high standard of client care and attend to clients needs, they understand that we don't always need to be present in the office.

YOUR DAY TO DAY
Representing both claimant and respondent to achieve the best outcome for a wide range of clients in various disputes.
* Manage a diverse caseload including but not limited to, commercial litigation, Property Disputes, professional negligence claims, contentious probate, intellectual property, and some insolvency matters.
* Keeping clients up to date and provide clear advice on Legal issues, making recommendations to courses of action, dealing with negotiations and mediation's.
* Prepare and drafting legal documents such as, pleasing, settlement agreements, witness statements.
* Representing clients in court.
* Maintain and build strong professional relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication, providing updates through their case and managing expectations.
* Collaborate with colleagues and other solicitors, providing support to the junior staff or trainee solicitors when required.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* UK Qualified Solicitor or equivalent with a particular focus in general Dispute Resolution.
* Strong track records of successful outcomes for clients.
* Excellent negotiation abilities
* Strong academics
* Genuine interest to work on high quality Dispute Resolution files for high net work individuals.
* Business development experience or existing client following is beneficial.
