Job title: Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Covering Isle Of White
Terms: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Salary/rate: Salary is paying up to 42,000 Per annum.
Requirements:
- City & Guilds or NVQ Lvel 3 in Electrical Installtions
- Building Services experience
- 17th or 18th Edition
About the company: I am working with a leading facilities maintenance company growing rapidly who operate in the Building Services Industry, offering great careers for progression. Our client has roughly 500 clients that they work closely with meaning loads of new opportunities coming up and room for progression within.
About the role: We are looking to take on board a mobile electrical engineer to cover a government contract across the Isle of White.You will be covering 18 sites with the support of various contractors. Due to the sensitive nature of the contract a full enhanced DBS is required.
Responsibilities:
- PPM's and Reactive maintenance
- Emergency lighting
- HVAC systems
- Fire alarms
- Power distribution
- Control panels
- Small installations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report findings
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults, ensuring timely repairs
