We are looking for a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurseto deliver high-quality care within our Mental Health Access and Acute Services. This flexible role requires working across various mental health services as needed, providing support, assessment, and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, providing clinical expertise and support to staff.
- Plan and deliver meaningful care and treatment plans for patients.
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure holistic care.
- Perform risk assessments, manage patient safety, and respond to crisis situations.
- Contribute to service development and the implementation of best practices.
Requirements:
- NMC registration with experience in mental health care.
- Prior experience within PICU wards/settings,
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
