- Must be willing to travel to sites on the IOW.
- Manage ER cases for each of the sites
- Policy and process improvement and implementation
- Oversight of the recruitment, performance and absence management process
- Reporting of people matters to the senior leadership
- Working with and supporting school staff
- Grievances, Probation, promotion support
- holds CIPD Level 5 or relevant experience
- has stakeholder management experience
- has strengths in workforce planning and talent management
- can develop and implement relevant strategies
- is an excellent communicator
- is willing to travel to the Isle of Wight three days a week
