Our prestigious client is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team in Newport. If you're a HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor seeking an exciting new challenge and next step up in your career. This could be the role for you.

About the roleThis role offers the chance to be part of a fast-paced environment where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping HR strategy and supporting the business through effective people management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the employee life cycle
  • Leading initiatives around employee development, including training and coaching.
  • Providing expert advice to managers on Employee Relations (ER) matters.
  • Overseeing recruitment to attract and secure top talent.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to drive best practice.
  • Coaching and supporting managers to enhance their skills and confidence.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal standards.

What we're looking for:This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Is currently an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor and is ready to step up.
  • Has experience in the manufacturing sector or another fast-paced environment.
  • Holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification.
  • Is proactive, approachable, and passionate about making a difference.

The details:?? Location: Newport City Centre (1 day per week from home once fully trained)?? Salary: Up to £40,000? Hours: 40 hours/week, 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday
