About the Role:
Our client is looking for a dedicated professional to support individuals with mental health challenges. In this role, you will manage referrals, ensuring the process runs smoothly and efficiently for clients seeking help.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact, handling incoming calls with professionalism and discretion.
- Manage referrals effectively, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely follow-ups.
- Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support.
- Ensure confidentiality is always upheld.
Experience:
We encourage people to apply with either contact centre or administration background. Candidates with a rolling DBS certificate will be preferred.
