Booking patients in for appointments
Inputting patient data
First point of contact for incoming calls
Making outbound calls to patients when required

What you'll need to succeed

Excellent customer service skills - experience of working in a customer service role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent IT skills, navigating between multiple booking systems and Microsoft Office packages
Must pass a Standard DBS check
