Homeless Case Review Manager
No intention to have line management responsibility.
It will be imperative that the person has operated at a Team Leader Level or above and has a track record of working within the Housing (Wales) Act 2014, understands casework.
Key responsibilities:
Reviewing homelessness cases as a senior officer.
Responding to statutory reviews of decisions regarding homelessness, including suitability of accommodation.
Responding to complaints.
Responding to enquiries from Councillors, AMs, MPs.
