Job Vacancy: HR Administrative AssistantPay Rate: £13.13 per hourWorking Hours: Monday to FridayDepartment: Human Resources (HR)Reports to: HR ManagerWe are seeking a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our HR department. You will provide key administrative support across HR functions, ensuring a smooth colleague experience from on boarding to off boarding. Acting as a main point of contact, you will handle inquiries, ensure GDPR compliance, and maintain accurate HR records to support efficient HR operations.Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage HR email accounts, addressing colleague questions and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with recruitment activities and the on boarding process for new colleagues.
  • Compile and process colleague documentation and records accurately, maintaining up-to-date HR systems.
  • Carry out clerical duties such as arranging travel and meetings, processing documents, and collating information.
  • Respond to inquiries and complaints from internal and external parties through written, face-to-face, or telephone communication as appropriate.
  • Help with processing leavers and supporting the off boarding journey for departing colleagues.
Skills and Experience:
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR
  • Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
