- Manage HR email accounts, addressing colleague questions and requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist with recruitment activities and the on boarding process for new colleagues.
- Compile and process colleague documentation and records accurately, maintaining up-to-date HR systems.
- Carry out clerical duties such as arranging travel and meetings, processing documents, and collating information.
- Respond to inquiries and complaints from internal and external parties through written, face-to-face, or telephone communication as appropriate.
- Help with processing leavers and supporting the off boarding journey for departing colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
