Payroll Officer, 15 per hour (umbrella rate) Various locations - Minimum 6-month contract

These roles can be based in Hampshire, South Wales or North-East England

We have a new vacancy working with a public sector client for a minimum of 6 months.

Your main duties will include data entry whereby you input payroll related information/instructions into the payroll system and deal with pay related queries from a variety of sources such as staff, managers, or externally from agencies such as HMRC, DWP, My CSP etc.

I am keen to speak to payroll officers who have worked in a similar role with skills and experience including:

Strong attention to detail
Excellent communicator who can work well in a team and under own initiative
Good IT skills, particularly in MS office
Used to working to tight deadlines and able to prioritise workload

It would be hugely beneficial if you have used a computerised payroll system, like Oracle Fusion
