Job Description:
Trident Healthacre areseeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join and NHSteam on the picturesque Isle of Wight. This is a full-time position with a excellent pay rate of 50.00 per hour, available immediately and lasting until at least March 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications om ward rounds.
- Conduct medication reviews and provide expert advice on drug therapy.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Dispensary
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust medications as necessary.
- Educate patients and healthcare staff on medication management and safety.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Proven experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology and therapeutics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
