Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality physiotherapy services in COTE Rehab (Care of the Elderly) and Community settings.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care and rehabilitation.
- Deliver comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports for patients.
- Support patient recovery and promote independence within community and rehabilitation environments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to professional standards and best practices.
- HCPC registration as a qualified Physiotherapist.
- Previous experience working within COTE Rehab and community settings is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication, assessment, and documentation skills.
- Commitment to delivering person-centered care and promoting patient well-being.
