Sustainability and Compliance Officer

This is what you'll be doing:

  • Collaborate with Business Improvement on compliance and sustainability projects.
  • Build expertise in compliance, working with external bodies and internal stakeholders.
  • Become the go-to resource for compliance, ensuring the company meets the latest standards and accreditation.
  • Provide training and support across the business on compliance issues, becoming a key point of contact for accrediting bodies.
  • Support Product Management to ensure new and existing products meet compliance standards, offering guidance on product development.
  • Drive energy and carbon reduction initiatives, aligning with the company's sustainability goals.
  • Organise and prepare for external audits, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
  • Manage accurate records and documentation related to compliance operations and policies.
