Job Description:
Education Supply Pool is a PAYE Employer recruiting Primary Teachers on the behalf of schools based within the Newport and its surrounding areas. Education Supply Pool are after a Primary Teacher who have obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or a BA in Education who are a qualified Primary Teacher. This will be to support any day to day, short-term and long-term positions on supply. Joining supply is also a great opportunity to get experience within different school settings to expand your Primary Teacher experience at a flexible schedule you control.

- A minimum pay rate for a Primary Teacher of at least M1 (Currently £157.66 per day),
- A team with over twenty years' experience in both small, local, and large national education agencies,

The successful Candidate must:
- Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Have experience of teaching within the UK,
- Be able to set high standards,
- Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline,
- Plan innovative and creative lessons,
- Have the appropriate Education and Training,
- Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum,
- Maintain necessary assessment of pupils,
- Be able to inspire and motivate pupils,
- Be adaptable and reliable,
- Be a flexible and confident individual.
