An excellent opportunity for an Estimator to join a rapidly growing subcontractor who are specialists in the installation of steel, glass and balustrade materials for reputable tier one clients.

Do you have Estimating experience in the construction industry? Are you eager to work on a diverse projects and grow with a dynamic and forward-thinking company?

This specialist contractor supplies and installs steel, glass, and balustrades on projects valued up to 350K. Primarily operating within the commercial sector alongside Tier 1 clients, they also take on select high-end refurbishments. With a reputation for delivering seamless service, the company is experiencing exciting growth and is now looking to strengthen its Estimating department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Estimator to take the next step in their career, where you will work alongside blue chip clients and take on project management responsibilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive quotations for a variety of clients, once projects have been won you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery and installation on site.
The ideal candidate will have a background in estimating, along with some project management experience in the construction industry. They will be eager to take the next step in their career within a dynamic company that offers unique opportunities for growth and progression.

The role
- Estimating in the construction industry
- Working on residential and commercial projects
- Liaising with clientele to understand specification and produce competitive quotations
- Project Managing projects through to completion

- Estimating skills
- Some experience working in the construction industry (Structural Steel desired)
- Methodical person with good attention to detail
- Highly motivated looking to take the next step in their career
- Willing to commute to Newport with a full UK driver's license.
