An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Project Manager with New-build, refurb and mixed use experienceto join a dynamic and privately owned Client based in Newport. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading multiple projects.
Key responsibilities:

Oversee coordination of internal resources, third-party suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.

Guarantee projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Develop comprehensive project scopes for commercial new builds or refurbishments, outlining clear objectives and feasibility plans for stakeholders.

Manage resource availability, allocation, and overall project progress effectively.

Implement verification techniques to address changes in scope, schedule, and costs.

Monitor project performance, report findings to management, and escalate issues as needed while fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders.
