We are working with a contractor who specialise in Fit-Outs, Commercial Refurbishments and Maintenance programmes up to 12m across most sectors.
Our client are looking for a Project Manager - somebody who can professionallymanage multiple projects at once across Wales & England and not adverse to staying away during the week to visit the projects and their clients.
Coordinating and programming works from the back office, the ideal person will need to be competent with computer literacy and project management software.
We are looking for somebody who can lead teams and sub-contractors but also has that professional approach with clients as well.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who are well-established and growing organically with a diverse amount of projects to get involved in.
STRONG refurbishment / fit-out management background is needed for this role.
