An exciting new opportunity for a Sales & Lettings Valuer - PART TIME to be based in the Newport area to work for an established and growing Property Lettings company.
23,OOO - 25,OOO Pro-rata + Commission + Company Benefits + Training + Progression
The Role:
- You will be covering Monmouthshire, Abergavenny, Torfaen, Caerphilly, Cardiff, Newport and surrounding arears and value a varied range of properties from Buy to Let to executive homes.
- The successful candidate must be well versed in social media, valuing and listing properties as well as coordinating diaries and sales chains.
- The role will require social media actions, valuations, listings and conducting viewings and negotiation
- The Person:
- Proven experience in a similar role or understanding of property valuation/sales/lettings
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities ads social media savvy.
Highly organised with good attention to detail.
Full UK Driving Licence needed
Hours of work :
Tuesday & Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 1.30pm - 5.30pm (Ocassional Sat 10am - 4pm when needed)
