Construction Project Manager

£40,000 pa - negotiable depending on experience + excellent benefits including car allowance

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to manage organisation of key in house projects, which will include redevelopment of existing buildings, new build and mixed-use schemes. The project manager should have an appropriate background which will include management, budgeting and analysis, and QS skills would be an advantage. RICS qualifications would be preferred but not essential.

Reporting to the Owner & Managing director, the role will focus on leading construction projects, completing them on time & within budget. Building relationships with & liaising with third party suppliers & contractors will also be needed to successfully execute the projects.

Construction Project Manager Duties:

  • Coordinate internal resources, third-party suppliers, and contractors for key projects, ensuring flawless
  • Ensure timely, in-scope, and on-budget delivery of all
  • Develop project scopes for commercial new build or refurb To include clear objectives and plans to stakeholders for technical feasibility.
  • Manage resource availability, allocation, and oversee project progress
  • Utilise verification techniques to handle changes in scope, schedule, and
  • Measure project performance, report to management, and escalate issues as necessary while maintaining relationships with all involved parties.

Construction Project Manager Experience Required:

  • Track record in construction, fit out, refurb & building project
  • Experience in new build steel portal frame
  • Experience leading projects from cradle to
  • Knowledge and experience with appropriate software's, Microsoft Project
  • AutoCAD 2D & 3D (Preferred but not essential).
