Electrical Quantity Surveyor

We're looking for an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join our client on their current growth with exciting Data Centre projects across Europe and the UK, this role is specifically supporting Data Centre work based in Wales.

This role is paying anything up to £80,000 annually. This role is Monday to Friday or rotational, depending on your needs. You must be an individual who comes from a previous background on large projects, ideally within Data Centres, with experience supporting preparing cash flow, analysing timing of billings & costs, validating tender following awarding of projects, compiling monthly reports, timely submission of claims/notices, attending monthly subcontracting and commercial meetings and much more…

  • Must have previous Quantity Surveying experience on large projects.
  • Must have a UK passport or indefinite leave to remain within the UK.
  • Ideally looking for someone with experience within Data Centres as the client is a specialist in this industry. Would consider candidates without this experience depending on the rest of your experience.
  • A positive and can-do attitude to be able to make a difference within the team.
  • An outside of the box method of thinking to ensure projects are adhered to within timescales.
