We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Surveyor to join a highly regarded Housing provider covering South Wales.
As the Project Surveyor you'll Undertake Project Management duties (pre contract, contract phase and post contract) for capital investment schemes, managing multiple projects concurrently from inception through to final account.
Your day to day:
- Undertake Project Management duties (pre contract, contract phase and post contract) on allocated projects.
- Undertake onsite management of supply chain partners with emphasis on quality, safety, programme and costs.
- Project manage capital investment schemes, managing multiple projects concurrently from inception through to final account.
- Carrying out site surveys, preparing specifications and prepare tender documentation.

- Starting salary of 42,000
- Working a 37 hour week - full flexibility to manage your own time and schedule
- Option to work from home up to 3-4 days per week
- 25 days holiday PLUS bank holidays
