Our Wales Team is growing! We are recruiting for anadditional Education Recruitment Consultant to be based in our thrivingNewport Office.We are seeking sales driven individuals who are ready to make a real impact on the lives of today's students. As an Education Recruitment Consultant within our Schools division, you will collaborate with a team of experienced consultants to source, onboard and manage educators connecting them with schools across Wales.

Hybrid set up:4 days in office, 1 day WFH option.

Drivers Licence and Vehicle Required

Salary Range:£26,850-£37,000 based on experience (+commission)

  • Attract, onboard, and market exceptional educators
  • Develop new business through sales calls, networking & lead generation
  • Managing day-to-day, short and long-term placements with a consultative approach
  • Facilitating interviews and negotiating with clients and educators
